Really enjoyed our girls lunch at Flamez Fusion. Our server, Tim, was such a nice guy. He was attentive and took great care of the five of us. We enjoyed the hummus and pita chips. The hummus was fresh and tasty. I had a chicken Greek salad bowl. It was made with crunchy lettuce, feta, olives, onions and good seasonings. We split the key lime pie for dessert. It was yummy.

We have been saying for a year we need a new restaurant in cedar crest with different and unique options. We are thrilled Flamez opened. Absolutely delicious food. Great prices, service and atmosphere. It’s our new favorite place up here. Definitely check it out!

First time there, I had the black and blue burger my wife had the gyro plate. Both were perfect and the prices were amazing especially for cedar crest. Our waiter Tim was great and on top of it. My only regret was I didn't find this place sooner.

Altogether, it's a great spot. We were seated almost instantly, and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. We had Dolmas, a gyro, and the Athenian burger. The food came out within a few minutes of ordering, with our appetizer coming out first, shortly followed by our meals. Everything was cooked correctly, fantastic Dolmas. The Gyro was a touch on the small side, but it tasted great and was seasoned well. The Athenian burger (Gyro meat on top of a burger) was fairly unique and really tasty! Overall, the whole experience was great, and we'll definitely be back! Only $50 for a good meal for two these days is very reasonable, in my opinion. Good food/ingredients cost money. A side note; some of the previous reviewers should be ashamed of themselves. If you visit a brand new restaurant and don't expect small hiccups, you're delusional. Leaving negative reviews for things that were obviously growing pains is just sad. Leaving negative reviews like that can really harm a new business, and these seem like really nice folks, trying their best to make their dream work. Be kind.

We found a new favorite spot! Good options in the East Mountains are few and far between. This is definitely in our rotation. Pro tip: ask for the special hot sauce and don't skip the Dubai chocolate cheesecake

The food here is just fantastic! There's a lot of hard surfaces so when it gets busy the noise level goes up. Absolutely no complaints on the food or the service! Tim is wonderful. The hummus is an absolute do not miss. Also the baklava dessert. But the gyro meat is wonderful and the fragrant rice that goes along with it delightful. Highly recommend in the mountains it's hard to find good food.

So that was carrying me over into my but I was going to. I'm always a little skeptical trying new foods but I have to say I did enjoy the meal. I thought the price was good. The waitress was excellent.
